Superintendents Welcome Message

Superintendent’s Message

Welcome to the Fairview Public School District website. The 2016-2017 school year will be starting for all students in grades K-8 on September 6, 2016. Pre-k students will begin classes on September 12, 2016. The Fairview School District is proud to provide a quality elementary education to our students. The district security system has been upgraded in specific areas to further assist with school safety. This year ten (10) new security cameras have been installed in Lincoln School. The district is planning to install security cameras in several other district schools during the 2016-2017 school year, which will enhance the security of the buildings and grounds.

The community of Fairview is approximately one square mile in size, located in Bergen County, N.J. There are four elementary schools in our PK-8 district with an enrollment of approximately 1,400 students. The Fairview School District offers a breakfast and lunch program as well as an after care program for all students. Information about the breakfast and lunch programs is available on the district website.
We wish all of our parents/guardians, students, community members and staff members a safe and enjoyable school year.

It is my pleasure to serve as the Fairview School District Superintendent of Schools.
